The ideal candidate has experience in Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, endpoint management solutions, and identity and access management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, most notably Jira and Confluence
- Experience in various endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Experience with Okta, Jamf Pro & Group Management rules
- Strong understanding and experience using Okta
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 product suites
- Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA compliance rules
