Requirements
- Drive front-end excellence across Growth Engineering
- Champion UI performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Lead cross-team initiatives from inception through execution
- Serve as the accountable technical leader for key systems or domains
- Model principled decision-making
- Champion cross-functional alignment
- Lead architectural design and evolution for systems that span multiple teams
- Raise the bar for code quality and engineering standards
- Create and promote shared architectural patterns, tools, and infrastructure
- Participate in product discovery sessions
- Proactively identify systemic risks and lead the design and implementation of resilient, observable, and scalable solutions
- Mentor and guide staff and senior engineers
- Drive technical discussions and provide insights as a member of our technical advisory group
- Drive a mindset of operational excellence through continuous improvement and learning
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to inform technical direction and product enhancements
