Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering
- BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or related fields
- Experience with web, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, voice technology, and AI technologies
- Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and strong understanding of API concepts (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with UML diagramming, Agile development workflows, Conversational AI, and cloud infrastructure
