Merkle is a data-driven, technology-enabled, global performance marketing agency. As Senior Manager of Data & Analytics Strategy, you'll provide analytics solutions and measurement strategies for client programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (STEM, Business, Finance, or Marketing)
- 3+ years of experience in analytics/data science delivering campaign measurement, predictive analytics, and applicable insights
- Experience querying large datasets and using big data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks)
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Braze) and CDP tools (Hightouch, Amplitude)
- Expertise in loyalty analytics, A/B testing, and marketing experiments
- Familiar with predictive modeling and machine learning libraries (NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Proficient in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard/report building
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics (Amplitude, Adobe, Google Analytics)
