We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented B2B Client Advisor who will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue by delivering a luxury sales experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or B2B Account Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for fitness, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences
- A team-oriented, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude
