We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Implementation Engineer to join our Global Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customized client solutions using the Seismic Enablement Cloud, including data automation, SSO, SMTP, and custom integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.
- Self-starter with the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
- Demonstrated success in handling multiple client implementations in parallel while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to gather, understand and translate client requirements into deliverables.
- Ability to effectively identify, prioritize and escalate client or project risks.
- Ability to manage offshore teams and communicate effectively using tools like JIRA, Slack, and Chatter.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and query languages.
- Experience with RESTful API
- Familiarity with SSO and SMTP.
- Experience with Seismic or other Sales Enablement platforms is a plus.
