Government Sales Accelerator Program - California

The Grainger Government Sales Accelerator Program is designed to provide a broad learning experience for recent college graduates or early in career aspirants interested in developing into a full-time Sales role. The program is approximately 6 months long and is remote. Upon successful completion, you may be required to relocate to continue your Grainger career in an outside field sales territory.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a college or university working towards a Bachelor’s degree graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
• Valid driver's license
• Open to relocation
