As a Business Development Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into real customers, optimizing sales approach in Spain, and improving the sales process to maximize lead-to-sale conversion.

Requirements

  • Native-level Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong ability to sell virtually and build trust via video calls and email
  • Solid understanding of the local business culture and how purchasing decisions are made in Spain
