Your Role and Impact:

Ready to play a key role in driving technical sales success across EMEA? We’re looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to support our fast-growing direct and partner-led sales motion. You’ll work closely with prospects, customers, and partners to deliver technical expertise, accelerate deal cycles, and ensure our mobile app security solutions shine at every stage. With rising demand and exciting opportunities across the region, this is your chance to make a real impact and help scale Promon’s presence in one of our most important markets.

  • Lead technical discovery & solution mapping by engaging customers, tailoring demos, and translating needs into value-driven outcomes.
  • Drive sales opportunities forward through expert support in evaluations, RFPs, threat assessments, and technical qualification.
  • Empower partners & sales teams with technical enablement, competitive insights, and strategic field feedback.
  • Be a trusted advisor by delivering compelling storytelling, aligning tech with business impact, and sharing knowledge across teams.

Highly Relevant Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience in a Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or customer-facing role in B2B software or cybersecurity industry.
  • Ability to lead technical discovery, PoCs, and tailored demonstrations.
  • Solid understanding of application development concepts, including architecture, frameworks, coding practices, and deployment models. Familiarity with common programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Kotlin, Obj-C, C/C++).
  • Ability to communicate technical value in business terms, especially around risk, ROI, and compliance.
  • Understanding of mobile platforms (Android and/or iOS): architecture, sandboxing, and development stacks.
  • Familiarity with security standards and frameworks or mobile threat landscapes (e.g., OWASP MASVS, NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE Att&ck, etc).
  • Skilled at building trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple deals, demos, PoCs, and internal requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Work from home:
We believe in flexibility and supporting a healthy work-life balance. This role is remote-friendly, and we stay closely connected through digital collaboration tools. We also make time to come together in person for team-building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team gatherings or customer meetings.
To support collaboration across time zones and simplify travel logistics, we prefer candidates who are based in Europe.
