Requirements
- Proven experience designing user-centered B2B or operations-focused digital products
- A track record of connecting design decisions to measurable business outcomes
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system
- Strong expertise across the full design discipline
- A habit of initiating research independently
- Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows
- Comfort working with product analytics and behavioral data
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional, agile environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Thrives in ambiguity and continuous discovery
