What You’ll Be Doing

As a business coach, your role is to ensure our clients experience world-class coaching that drives real business results.

You'll be both a "doer" and a "designer" in this role:

The Doing – Delivering world-class coaching sessions

• One-on-one and group coaching with business owners
• Facilitating online training sessions
• Monitoring client results and engagement
• Answering questions on our coaching portals and Facebook groups

The Designing – Improving our coaching systems

• Identifying and implementing better ways to help clients grow
• Developing coaching resources to drive client success
• Optimizing coaching processes to get faster results

Your ultimate goal? Help clients grow profits, improve their lifestyle, and become better business leaders.

We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, skills, and business mindset - someone who thrives in a leadership role and knows how to get results.

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Be a natural leader and communicator who can inspire and hold people accountable
• Have a solid understanding of business fundamentals - profit margins, cash flow, team management, and marketing strategies
• Be results-driven, focused on outcomes, and able to push clients to achieve success
• Have experience coaching, consulting, or running a business
• Be a lifelong learner- always reading, listening to podcasts, or seeking new ways to grow
• Bring energy, fun, and accountability to everything you do
