What You’ll Be Doing
As our Appointment Setter, you are not just making calls. You are the critical first filter in our sales process.
This role sits at the front of our revenue engine. You’ll speak with warm inbound leads generated by our marketing machine and conduct structured triage calls that uncover pain points, assess fit, and determine whether someone is truly ready to take the next step.
Your job is to protect our closers’ time and ensure that only high-quality, high-intent prospects move forward.
You will:
Conduct high-quality triage calls with warm inbound leads
Ask strategic, layered questions to deeply understand each prospect’s situation, challenges, and goals
Identify emotional drivers and real pain points, not just surface-level interest
Assess readiness, urgency, and suitability for our program
Clearly articulate how our solution could genuinely change their situation
Book qualified prospects into appointments with our senior closers
Maintain detailed, accurate notes inside the CRM to ensure seamless handover
Bring intensity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence to every interaction
This Role Is Crucial
This is not a smile and dial position.
You are triaging clients.
You are shaping the sales narrative.
You are setting the tone for the entire client journey.
The quality of your discovery directly impacts show rates, close rates, and long-term client success. When you do this role well, the entire sales team wins.
