Prime Therapeutics is looking for a Training Manager to supervise a Training Team and work with leaders, subject matter experts, and vendors to schedule and deliver training programs. The Manager will lead the department in staff supervision, problem resolution, team development, and personal development, and perform in-class evaluations of trainer proficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related area of study
- 6 years of work experience in education, training, account/client management, and/or project management
- 2 years of leadership/management experience
