Requirements
- Analyze, mine, and document complex healthcare claims and authorization datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Translate high-level business problems into data-driven insights, potential strategies, and actionable solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, validate data sources, acquire datasets, and organize data into accessible, analysis-ready formats
- Interpret analytical results and present findings as compelling data stories that answer stakeholder questions and support decision-making at all organizational levels
- Identify and resolve complex business challenges through data analytics, statistical modeling, and appropriate methodological approaches
- Perform ad hoc analyses of varying complexity, delivering clear, timely, and actionable insights aligned with business objectives
- Provide detailed status updates and reporting on project progress, including task-level time allocation and milestones
- Coordinate, guide, and mentor analytics work performed by internal staff and external consultants to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
