The company provides customized, innovative, and cost-efficient IT solutions, including software and hardware testing and validation services. Primatec Engineering serves well-known international automotive companies, helping them meet the growing demand for software and hardware testing and validation in an economically responsible and efficient manner. A significant portion of Primatec Engineering's staff is ISTQB certified.

The company's mission focuses on the testing of complex ECUs, the development of test environments and tools, and the creation of test automation frameworks. They also develop software products for testing, logging, system analysis, and performance checks. This collaboration leverages Sasken's strengths in automotive product engineering and Primatec's expertise in ECU testing, verification, and validation, including the use of AI and ML in intelligent testing and automation services. Primatec Engineering has established strong relationships with German and international automotive companies such as BMW, MAN, Lear Corporation, and Valeo, partly through its partnership with Technica Engineering GmbH in Munich.
