Requirements

• Direct ownership of a call center-based insurance sales operation
• Direct ownership of lead generation, including vendor selection, budgeting, and performance optimization (CPA, conversion rates)
• Experience operating in a high-volume, lead-driven environment
• Proven ability to drive agent performance and accountability at scale
• Hands-on experience building or running onboarding systems, operational workflows, and performance tracking systems
