About PracticeTek
PracticeTek transforms the way healthcare practices operate through intuitive, integrated EHR and lifecycle technologies. We support dental, optometry, chiropractic, orthodontics, and multi-discipline clinics with tools that simplify workflows, elevate patient care, and scale business operations. At our core, we believe in empowering providers — giving them software that works with them, not against them.
What You’ll Do
As an Enterprise Relationship Manager at PracticeTek, your primary focus will be building and growing relationships with our Optometry and Dental partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, evangelize PracticeTek’s solutions, and drive adoption, expansion, and client satisfaction across large accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deepen relationships with enterprise clients in optometry and dental verticals, especially with C-level and senior leadership.
  • Drive regular business reviews to assess performance, address issues, and align on strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to ensure retention, adoption, and growth.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue (targeting ~20-30% growth annually).
  • Take ownership of renewals and ensure high renewal rates (95%+).
  • Monitor and report on client health metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score, usage/adoption KPIs), and use feedback/data to deliver value and show ROI.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally — collaborate with product, marketing, support, and success teams to influence enhancements.
  • Stay abreast of trends, regulations, and challenges in optometry and dental sectors; represent PracticeTek at industry events and in client forums.
Who You Are
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Healthcare Admin, or related).
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic sales in healthcare or SaaS environments.
  • Proven record managing large accounts (e.g. $1M+ ARR), especially in medical/dental/optometry verticals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to use data to drive strategy, demonstrate ROI, and influence outcomes.
  • Comfortable with negotiating renewals, upsells, and expansions.
Preferred:
  • Experience with EHR or lifecycle software in optometry or dental practices.
  • Existing relationships or network in dental/optometry markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), analytics platforms.
  • Certifications or training in sales/account management methodologies.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) + performance bonus structure.
  • Benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) or retirement matching.
  • Flexible work arrangements (hybrid/remote) + travel as required.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and industry exposure.
  • Impact: You’ll directly influence how dental and optometry clients succeed, and help shape product and service enhancements based on real customer needs.
