The Opportunity:

The Administration Representative, reporting to the Regional Administration Manager, is responsible for a variety of functions to support the Distribution, Finance, Call Centre, Sales, and BT teams for multiple publications.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare daily distribution & production reports
• Generate single copy payment collection sheets for Finance/Distributors
• Generate month end circulation statistics for Finance and Distribution
• Provide customer service for Dealers, Subscribers and Flyer customers
• Provide support to the call center for subscriber inquiries related to distribution
• Provide circulation system support to Distribution team including route and trucking changes, general dealer maintenance and draw changes
• Maintain Subscriber, Dealer, Distributor and Carrier Rates
• Process single copy dealer returns
• Correct system errors
• Local market circulation system support
• Special projects assigned by the Regional Administration Manager
• Assist Regional Administration Manager in achieving departmental goals
• Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner

Who you are:

• Minimum 2 years administrative experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Accuracy is key
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a task-oriented team environment
• High degree of initiative
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Compensation:

Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location. Base Salary: $36,000-$40,000
