Postmedia is looking for an Account Manager to join our team, which develops digital and print advertising campaigns for a wide variety of clients. We foster a collaborative team approach and work both locally and with other product, strategy and fulfillment teams across the country.
Requirements
- Develop, manage and grow a specific set of accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage post-sale initial onboarding, as a liaison between client and internal fulfillment teams
- Track account health to identify cancellation risk and actively work to eliminate that risk via creative solutions
- Drive resolution of customer concerns and provide feedback to Sales and/or Product teams
- Guide and manage production, development, admin and creative requirements
- Responsible for day-to-day client activity, status meetings and communication
- Provide highly responsive product, technical and creative support
- Develop and deliver program performance presentations and lead strategic discussions
- Ensures campaign strategies are implemented on time and adjusts or redirects strategies as needed.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop recommendations based on data
- Provide client training to improve utilization of campaign elements and use reporting features
- Supports the vision of the company directors/partners
