Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American network and is seeking experienced coaches, consultants and mentors to contribute to career and leadership development initiatives within a structured remote environment.

This role is suited to established professionals who have supported individuals in growth, transition, and performance, and who are interested in applying these skills within a broader professional framework.

Role Overview

In this position, you will:

• Support individuals exploring career direction, leadership capability, and development
• Apply coaching and mentoring experience within structured professional conversations
• Build relationships with professionals through digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Zoom
• Contribute to communication and engagement activities aligned with leadership development themes
• Work independently while operating within established systems, processes, and compliance guidelines

This role provides flexibility while maintaining a clear and professional structure.

Professional Background

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring, consulting, or leadership development
• Experience supporting individuals through personal or professional growth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence working within remote and digital environments
• High level of accountability and professional integrity

This position is well suited to professionals who are looking to apply their expertise in a way that extends beyond one-to-one delivery models.

Engagement Model

• Independent contract role (not salaried employment)
• Compensation aligned with defined activity and engagement outcomes
