Payroll Director

We are looking for a Payroll Director to manage end-to-end global payroll processing, consolidation of payroll operations, and payroll accounting. You will be responsible for leading the payroll function, building automation and AI-assisted workflows, and owning employee benefits programs globally.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-country payroll operations end to end
• Deep payroll accounting expertise
• Hands-on experience with US federal and state payroll tax compliance
• Proven track record of payroll consolidation, process centralisation, or system implementation
• Solid ERP experience
• Proven track record of using AI tools to redesign payroll or finance operations workflows
