Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and 4+ years' (combined) relevant job experience in a product analyst, data/business analyst, or clinical systems specialist role.
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND 8+ years' (combined) relevant job experience in a product analyst, data/business analyst, or clinical systems specialist role.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in data analytics and/or data mapping and data exchange, including intake/review/profiling of external data file submissions and supporting tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Teams.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's degree in health informatics, computer science or healthcare management from an accredited institution
• Preferred 1+ year of client-facing experience within the health care data industry
• Proven ability to translate customer and clinical needs into actionable product requirements.
• User experience with JIRA, Confluence, Kanban boards, CRM tools, and process mapping tools.
• Experience with healthcare software and clinical documentation workflows.
