Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Software Development, or Computer Engineering
- Seven (7) years of enterprise analytics software development experience
- Five (5) years of programming experience with data lakes, fabrics, and/or large data sets
- Cloud development experience (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Experience with healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts
- Two (2) years as a senior technical leader of BI/Analytics programs supporting external customers at a global scale
- Hands-on experience in designing full Analytics products and programs
- Experience leading technical design and implementation across multiple teams
- Cloud Development experience with strong background within the AWS ecosystem
- Experience in Python, Spark, and EMR
- Experience in Lakehouse and Fabric architecture
- Experience in Open-Source tools such as Apache Arrow, Parquet, Nifi, Airflow, Superset
- Demonstrated advancement of analytics to Agentic first pipelines such as Langchain
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced analytics environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
