- Design and implement secure, compliant cloud solutions within FedRAMP/GCC or other regulated environments.
- Architect high-availability and mission-critical systems supporting enterprise operations.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
- Manage and configure source code repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, NLP, generative AI, RAG, semantic search) into cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Leverage platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or GCP to develop secure, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with software teams to ensure infrastructure and AI models align with mission priorities.
- Monitor and apply cloud security, compliance, and networking best practices for highly regulated environments.
- Participate in design thinking and solutioning sessions with stakeholders, translating technical depth into clear strategies.
Required Skills
- Minimum Public Trust clearance.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design, and implement secure, compliant cloud environments in support of digital modernization initiatives.
- Strong background in high-availability, resilient, and mission-critical architectures.
- Experience setting up and managing source code repositories.
- Skilled in CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and config management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (Azure OpenAI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) and integration patterns (RAG, semantic search).
- Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Bot Services experience.
- Hands-on experience with low/no code AI platforms and automation.
- Knowledge of federal compliance standards (FedRAMP, NIST, FISMA, RMF).
- Strong communication skills, able to brief technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience deploying AI/ML workloads in regulated cloud environments.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Experience supporting federal proposal development or capability-building solutions.
- Ability to lead proofs-of-concept and demos with Federal customers.
