We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office/Remote Information Input Clerk.

As an Office/Remote Information Input Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's data is accurately inputted and organized for analysis. You will be responsible for managing and inputting large volumes of information into our databases, including customer records, survey data, and research findings. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our databases
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy by double-checking all entries and cross-referencing with source documents
• Assist with quality control and data cleansing tasks to maintain the integrity and reliability of our data
• Communicate with team members to gather and clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates on progress
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for data inputting, storage, and security
• Identify and report any issues, errors, or potential improvements to data management processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Fast typing speed and accuracy, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with data management and quality control processes
