The role focuses on demonstrating deep market knowledge and programmatic expertise, ensuring client success through retention, expansion, and account advocacy. Requirements
- BA/BS degree in technical, business, or other related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years experience in client-facing customer success, technical account management, or technical sales at SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, or other digital advertising technology vendors
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Understanding of ad-tech terminology and tooling
- Proficiency in MSFT Excel and Salesforce
- Experience with Google Drive and Jira
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Self-starter with a willingness to take on ownership
