  • Strategic Leadership: Lead strategic enablement initiatives and integrate initiatives into a programmatic framework to support new GTM motions, such as new product introductions (NPI), launches, or methodology adoption.
  • Training Execution: Manage the full enablement lifecycle for technical enablement, from intake and setup to execution and completion. Coordinate and oversee technical training workshops for presales audiences, managing cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery quality, content accuracy, and impact to revenue outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Sales Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Enablement to align messaging, tools, and resources, ensuring consistency and relevance across the revenue ecosystem.
  • Change Management: Partner with stakeholders and GTM leadership to drive change enablement, implementing new frameworks, systems, or programs to ensure field readiness and adoption at scale.
  • Program Optimization: Proactively identify and address enablement gaps by collaborating with SMEs and developing development paths and content that support onboarding, skill progression, everboarding and role-based readiness.
