SUMMARY:

Pierre Fabre is a large private French multinational pharmaceutical and cosmetics company. We are looking for creative, highly motivated individuals to help to continue to drive the growth of Hemangeol, the only FDA-approved product for infantile hemangioma. You will be focused on delivering results with innovative solutions for young patients suffering from proliferating infantile hemangioma. An Infantile Hemangioma is a benign vascular tumor that occurs in infants and is characterized by a rapid growth phase (proliferation) shortly after birth, typically within the first few months of life. You will be tasked with sustaining and developing relationships with clinical providers and their staff, on-boarding treatment sites and pharmacies, driving demand and disease awareness, and supporting appropriate utilization of Hemangeol within the IH treatment centers in the assigned geography.

Position Overview: We are looking for a creative, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager (KAM). This field-based role focuses on delivering prescription solutions for patients with proliferating infantile hemangioma requiring systemic therapy. The KAM will gain access to customers in clinical or hospital/academic settings and maximize engagement through various channels. You will be responsible for product performance at a territory level, becoming a disease category and reimbursement expert, providing account management support, and understanding local market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive appropriate utilization of Pierre Fabre products through scientific exchange and providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and develop KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in relevant specialties.
  • Develop site advocates to support product onboarding and utilization.
  • Conduct all activities associated with onboarding institutions and pharmacy.
  • Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet medical needs, and current treatment options.
  • Educate on the efficacy and safety of products in appropriate patients.
  • Support appropriate utilization by educating on dosing and administration.
  • Drive early identification and monitoring of patients to ensure they benefit from treatments.
  • Assist expert healthcare professionals (HCPs) in developing and implementing referral tools to improve timely access.
  • Create and maintain detailed site profiles.
  • Map institutions, including understanding decision-making processes, patient flow, and referral networks.
  • Educate key stakeholders on patient support services.
  • Identify drivers and barriers, in order to coordinate optimal pathways for product access.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, including account-specific strategies and tactics.
  • Engage with stakeholders such as pharmacies, vascular centers, key opinion leaders, patient organizations, and medical societies.
  • Partner with the Access team to support the execution of access strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing in developing promotional materials.
  • Provide support at professional meetings, staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions, and facilitating meetings with KOLs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest clinical data relevant to Pierre Fabre's therapeutic areas.
  • Serve as a liaison aligning Pierre Fabre corporate objectives with external academic stakeholders’ interests.
  • Ensure cooperative communication with cross-functional teams (marketing, market access, patient services, and medical affairs).
  • Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies governing Pierre Fabre activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH).
  • Prior experience in Account Management or Academic Institutions.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. pharma landscape, including third-party payers, specialty pharmacies, and hospital organizations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated initiative with high energy and enthusiasm in a team environment.
  • Embrace and follow Pierre Fabre policies, practices, and values.

· Valid Driver’s License.

Work Environment / physical demands/position type and expected.

Travel: Up to 40% domestic travel with weekly overnight trips
