PHNX Materials refines industrial waste into critical products for the semiconductor, building materials, and agriculture industries. Our proprietary technology converts landfilled coal ash and other industrial byproducts into cement replacement material, fertilizer, and domestic sources of gallium, germanium, and silicon - the metals essential to every semiconductor, 5G system, and advanced weapon. We're tackling a national security emergency head-on: China currently controls 92-98% of global production for these critical materials, and the U.S. produces virtually none.

Our approach is straightforward: instead of waiting 7-10 years for new mines to be permitted, we extract these critical metals from what's already been mined - the 850+ sites across America loaded with billions of tons of coal ash and mining tailings. Our patented process, based on 60+ years of proven industrial methods, transforms this waste into high-value products. We've raised $15M+ in funding, validated our technology with third-party testing, and are already working with 3 of the world's largest customers. Founded by Stanford, McKinsey, and Tesla alumni, we operate pilot facilities in Ohio and labs in California, turning environmental liabilities into domestic supply chains.
