Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Information Technology, Medical Technology, or equivalent qualification
- Employee leadership and motivation
- Outstanding customer management
- Ability to enforce and manage escalations
- Knowledge of Medical Technology and ideally of Philips products
- Very good understanding of processes and challenges in the healthcare and hospital sectors
- Excellent communication skills, especially on management level internally and externally
- Very good negotiation skills
- Very good conceptual skills, analytical, and strategic thinking and acting
- In-depth knowledge of business economics
- Field experience
- Very good knowledge of internal processes and interfaces
- Reliability, reliability, and safe and articulate appearance

- Very high flexibility and resilience
- Very good MS-Office knowledge and documentation skills
- Overregional mobility and high travel readiness (60%)
- Willingness to work on weekends
