Remote Program Leader IR

The Remote Program Leader International Region is responsible for leading strategic program initiatives, driving transformative improvements in service delivery, and overseeing large-scale process improvement and innovation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
• 10+ of experience in Service organization in Healthcare, IT or other tech industry
• Experience in building and scaling remote service structure inside organization
• Experience in running transformations at scale preferably on global level
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, Lean / other Operational Excellence Methodologies
• Experience in building partnership with senior stakeholder level and influencing stakeholder alignment in matrix organization
• Experience in leading a team of direct reports
