- As our Finance & Operations Support Officer, you’ll become the go-to support person helping finance, operations, and customer processes run smoothly every single day. From invoices and reconciliations to order coordination and reporting, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business efficient, organized, and ahead of the curve.

- Process supplier invoices accurately.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare payment batches and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records and reports.
- Support month-end finance activities.
- Assist with cash flow reporting.
Sales & Customer Administration- Enter customer purchase orders daily.
- Support order processing and coordination.
- Liaise with internal sales teams.
- Track deliveries and customer requirements.
Operations & Logistics Support- Maintain proof-of-delivery records.
- Support dispatch and logistics administration.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Track invoices, jobs, and deliveries.
- Maintain organized systems, records, and workflows.
Process & Team Support- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure customer and supplier information is accurate.
- Provide reliable administrative support across departments.
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Accounts administration.
- Finance support.
- Bookkeeping.
- Operations support.
- Sales support.
- Logistics administration.
- Customer order processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable, accountable, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
- Experience with ERP or bookkeeping systems.
- Exposure to:
- MYOB EXO
- Odoo
- Xero
- Freight or logistics systems
- ClickUp
- Monday.com
- Experience supporting Australian businesses or clients.
- Experience working in fast-paced administrative or operational environments.
- Exposure to finance and logistics processes within the same role.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
