Role Overview
  • Think of this role as the quiet force that keeps everything running smoothly.
  • As anAU RTO Administration Support Officer, you’re the engine behind the student journey — from first enrolment to ongoing progress. You’ll balance precision with people skills, handling data, systems, and enquiries with equal confidence.
  • It’s part organization, part communication, and part making sure nothing ever falls through the cracks. If you enjoy bringing structure to busy environments and turning details into dependable outcomes, this role will feel like second nature.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support student admissions and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready student records.
  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries professionally.
  • Prepare reports and maintain administrative documentation.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.
  • Follow established processes and internal guidelines.

Requirements

Required Qualifications Must-Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or support roles in the education sector.
  • Experience handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Experience using CRM systems, databases, or administrative platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in education or Australian RTO environment.
  • Exposure to process-driven or compliance-focused workplaces.

  • Hours:Day-shift (AWST).
