- As aPersonal Assistant, you’ll be the force that turns ideas into action. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll take raw inputs, scattered notes, and evolving priorities — and shape them into structured, polished outputs that keep everything moving forward.

- Convert ideas, notes, and tasks into clear, actionable work items.
- Create, format, and maintain high-quality Microsoft Word documents.
- Develop learning materials into structured assessment tools and matrices.
- Manage and organize documentation and supporting resources.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies and resolve them proactively.
- Ensure all outputs are accurate, complete, and professionally presented.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, Personal Assistant, or Virtual Assistant role.
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills.
- Experience creating structured documents, templates, or formatted materials.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Experience working with learning materials or assessment tools.
- Exposure to the Australian VET or RTO environment.
- Previous experience in a remote or virtual assistant role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
