Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Marketing Automation / Lifecycle Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Braze and data-driven campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at the intersection of marketing, product, and data teams to build, optimize, and scale lifecycle campaigns.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience withBraze
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, complex segmentation logic)
- Experience withHightouchor similar reverse ETL tools
- Solid experience withLiquid templatingfor dynamic and personalized messaging
- Proven track record of building and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture in marketing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across systems
- Comfortable collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Familiarity with Amplitude
- Experience with Segment (CDP)
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Background in growth marketing or experimentation-driven environments
