  • Strong understanding of application performance factors includingJVM internals, memory management, caching strategies, multithreading, anddatabase connection pooling
  • Excellenttroubleshooting and analytical skills, including log analysis,JVM tuning, andheap dump diagnosis
  • Familiar withAWS services, includingCloudWatch,Elastic Load Balancers (ELB), and infrastructure monitoring
  • Solid knowledge ofSQL query optimization, indexing, anddatabase performance tuning
  • Experience usingenterprise APM toolssuch asNew RelicandAppDynamics
