Pentagoet Inn, a historic and charming Bed and Breakfast located in Maine, is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to our team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and manage calendars for the management team
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Manage social media accounts, create content, and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with various marketing and promotional activities, including email campaigns and online events
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to purchase necessary supplies and equipment for the inn
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events and projects
- Support the team with any other tasks or projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
