What You'll Do:

Architect and execute bold programme strategies that align with our company’s ambitious goals.

Take ownership of multiple high-profile projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and budget precision.

Be the go-to leader for stakeholders, fostering transparency, clear communication, and proactive risk management.

Collaborate with top-tier talent across engineering, product, operations, and finance to drive efficiency and excellence.

Identify and conquer potential roadblocks, ensuring seamless programme success.

Champion best practices in programme management, implementing cutting-edge methodologies and frameworks.

Track and analyze key performance metrics, driving continuous innovation and improvement.

Inspire, empower, and build a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence within your teams.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus!

7+ years of experience leading high-impact programmes in dynamic, technology-driven environments.

A proven track record of executing large-scale, complex initiatives that deliver measurable success.

Dynamic leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.

Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and other modern project management methodologies.

Expertise in tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project to keep everything on track.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

A self-starter mentality with a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
