The role involves day-to-day running of client accounts, building systems and processes, and using AI tools to improve efficiency. The Junior Growth Manager will have real ownership over client accounts and relationships, and will have a real impact on the business from day one.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, agency, or marketing coordination role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work across tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and project management platforms
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about performance marketing and AI tools
