We're looking for a proven sales leader to join our Google Sales Team as an Enterprise Sales Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from new customer acquisition to the successful completion of complex large-scale projects. The role involves strategic account planning, high-end deal closure, trusted advisor relationships, and ecosystem management. The ideal candidate has a hunter's DNA, experience in enterprise solution sales, and a deep understanding of Google Workspace and Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Proven sales leader with a hunter's DNA
- Multiple years of professional experience in enterprise solution sales
- Documented successes in acquiring new customers
- Ability to appear as a convincing sparring partner and trusted advisor at C-level
- Experience in managing the partner ecosystem (especially Google)
- Expert handling of CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English
