We're looking for an experienced Sales Leader (m/f/d) with the DNA of a hunter, who feels at home in the enterprise and corporate segment, to continue the success story of our Google Sales Team as an Enterprise Account Executive (m/w/d).
Requirements
- Strategic account planning & new customer acquisition: You identify and qualify strategic enterprise accounts in the DACH region and develop innovative go-to-market strategies for new customer acquisition in the Google environment.
- High-end deal closure: You're responsible for the entire sales cycle, steer complex tenders, and negotiate contracts at the C-level with the goal of successfully closing Professional Services deals.
- Trusted advisor: You maintain and develop long-term, strategic relationships with key accounts, understand their digital agenda, and position PCG as the leading partner for cloud transformations.
- Ecosystem management & partnership: You intensify the strategic collaboration with Google and relevant channel partners to generate common leads and optimize your market presence (including presence at relevant events and summits).
- Deal enablement: You orchestrate the sales journey by working closely with the delivery teams to pitch technologically sound and customer-specific solutions and looking beyond the horizon.
- Performance & reporting: You use our CRM system (Hubspot) strategically to manage your pipeline, create precise forecasts, and report your sales success directly to management.
