What you’ll do

The Account Associate plays a crucial role as the secondary contact for a group of clients, establishing trusted relationships and prioritizing client goals. They take ownership of the project management and order management for campaigns and actively ensure details are accurate. This position offers experience in digital advertising and client services. They strive to excel in analyzing campaign performance data, presenting insights, and offering strategic recommendations. Collaborating with Account Managers, this detail-oriented role requires individuals with a passion for learning and mastering various softwares, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collaborating effectively with various team members and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive unforgettable service for our clients.
  • Support Account Managers with administrative tasks including contract processing, budget management, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients, presenting campaign performance data clearly and assist in providing strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively offer ideas to enhance client marketing initiatives and explore growth opportunities within agency partnerships.
  • Ensure accuracy of details in project and order management, troubleshooting data discrepancies as needed.
  • QA creative assets against format specifications and communicate with client if revisions are needed
  • Create campaign UTMs for approval and distribution
  • Utilize internal order and reporting management systems to set up campaign architecture, monitor campaign metrics, and pacing
  • Anticipate and identify issues as well as proactively recommend a solution
  • Own task delegation for assigned campaigns and projects. Serve as an expert on campaign processes, overseeing task delegation and supporting Account Managers in client communication and strategy development.
  • Support Account Managers with client communication including meeting notes and status updates.
  • Conduct media research and other Proposal or Presentation (QBR) content as required.
  • Schedule internal and client meetings (KOC, Prelaunch, etc)
  • Assist in invoicing validation and budget management.
  • And other duties as needed to evolve this position

What you will bring

  • 1-2 years professional experience preferred, not required
  • Professional persona and attitude
  • Strong communicator - both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in G-Suite. Candidates must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Total comfortability with basic mathematical and financial calculations
  • Strong understanding of basic advertising principles
  • Use of active personal social accounts with 2-factor security for business purposes
  • The ability to work up to 50 hours a week when necessary with sustained computer usage.
