Full Job Description

Position Tile: Automation Support Intern

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Stipend:22,000 Per month CTC until Training period of 3 months and then evaluated for full time position as Automation Support Engineer with increased pay scale.

Start Date: Mid March or 1st week of April

RPA Tool in Training: NICE Automation. Other RPA Tools certifications/training will be company-sponsored as part of succession planning and project requirements.

Internship & Training program details:

• Timeline for academy training during internship: -
  • There are 3 steps of training.
    • Basic training: - 4 weeks
    • NICE training: - 4-8 weeks
    • OTJ exposure training: - 8-12 weeks
• About our training and enablement
  • Our training concept covers both the technical and business aspect of RPA, our deep experience in both areas will enable you to build and manage robots.​
  • The training period is for 3 months depending on one's learning capabilities and evaluation of their performance if one excels in the training topics and OTJ preparedness opportunities given to them.
  • During 3rd month all trainees/intern's will be given exposure to Support (ops) team and our live projects with shift buddies in real company projects for professional exposure and learning opportunity to transition and to determine their full enablement capabilities.
  • The role allotment as Jr. support engineer can vary depending on the intern's proficiency, performance & organization requirement.

• Probation 6 Months from the date of joining in the training internship.
• Performance Reviews 3Month Review – Review of training (3 Months) completion scores of Jr. Support Role;
• If transitioned to full time basis, on the job performance-12 Months Review from there onwards as per company policy applicable to each employees

Mandatory (Please read carefully before applying)

1) Mandatory requirement to be a Graduate with (Science/Maths/Computer specialization) or Equivalent Programming or Coding knowledge.

2) Ability to access remote server during Training period -

• Own a Workstation(laptop/desktop) and internet connection ​
• Eight hours per day of dedicated time​ -8 hrs of time as per shift or time given by Academy team in first 3 months, post which shift decided by Ops Manager
• Willingness to learn robotic process automation (RPA)

Requirements:

• Communication and networking skills with English at high level as the working language
• 0-2 years of experience in working with process automation software (UiPath, Blue Prism, NICE, Automation Anywhere etc.) / Graduated from a computer science / equivalent programming / coding course
• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, Python or JavaScript and understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience in mapping and improving business processes or working methods
• Ability to think logically and analytically with a sharp eye for detail
