Senior Investment Analyst

Parrot Analytics is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to lead the development of financial models used to evaluate film and television projects, combining audience demand signals, project budgets, and distribution assumptions into structured financial forecasts and investment insights.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in roles that require strong financial modelling and investment analysis in the following environments: film or television investment funds, studio finance or content strategy teams, media-focused investment banking or private equity, entertainment strategy consulting, corporate finance roles within media or technology companies
• Direct experience working with film finance structures, production budgets, or distribution economics is required
• Advanced financial modelling - Ability to build complex Excel models from scratch incorporating scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and structured investment return frameworks
• Investment analysis mindset - Strong ability to evaluate opportunities through structured risk and return analysis
• Data-driven thinking - Comfortable integrating external datasets and quantitative signals into financial forecasts and commercial assumptions
• Intellectual curiosity - A genuine interest in understanding how film and television projects generate economic value
• Communication - Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear insights for non-technical decision-makers
• Ideally fluent in Arabic to service regional clients
