Position Description:
As the Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, you will be part of the global team and lead a team of local cloud administrators responsible for supporting and evolving the infrastructure that powers our SaaS products. This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance engineering execution with people leadership. You will play a pivotal role in our cloud strategy, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure across a "follow-the-sun" support model. You should be comfortable working across time zones, guiding cloud integration efforts for M&A activity, and jumping in to resolve complex technical challenges alongside your team.

Reports To: Sr. Manager Cloud Infrastructure
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven technical leader with a minimum of 10+ years in cloud infrastructure roles, including at least 3 years of people leadership experience
- Strong experience managing both cloud-native and on-premises infrastructure with a solid understanding of storage, networking, and server hardware
- Proven background in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), particularly Terraform
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads at scale
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, observability, incident management, and resilience engineering
- Hands-on skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, Uptime.com
- Demonstrated experience with M&A cloud integration
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Comfortable working in a distributed global team
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing global infrastructure team
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrading of servers, storage, and networking equipment
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure
- Manage incident response processes, including root cause analysis and postmortems
- Lead vulnerability management efforts and coordinate with Security teams on remediation
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions for critical infrastructure and services
- Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning and operations using IaC
- Partner with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure operational excellence
- Own cloud and infrastructure integration during mergers and acquisitions
- Participate in budgeting, tooling decisions, and infrastructure roadmap planning
