The Sales Director will play a key role in consolidating and developing our network, with a strong focus on professional hair salons, elevating brand positioning and driving sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the German market, ensuring consistent brand positioning and growth.
- Lead and drive luxury sales activities to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities across Germany.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance, providing strategic insights and reporting on KPIs.
- Plan, organize, and oversee commercial action plans to expand market presence.
- Support the logistics coordination and operational processes in the region.
- Prepare and present regional budgets and performance reports to headquarters.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in senior sales roles within the professional haircare industry, with a strong focus on hair salons.
- Strong understanding of premium/luxury positioning within the professional salon sector.
- Leadership experience with proven ability to build, motivate, and manage high‑performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel frequently across Germany.
- High commercial acumen and passion for business development.
- Results‑driven, analytical, and self‑motivated mindset.
