A fast-growing communication company serving more than 20,000 church leaders across the United States and Canada is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join its expanding team. The organization builds simple, effective tools that help churches connect with their communities, follow up with guests, and engage their members.
The Senior UI/UX Designer will drive key design initiatives, develop intuitive user experiences, and maintain consistency across the product suite. The role requires strong Figma expertise, experience managing end-to-end product workflows, and a collaborative approach with product, development, and customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, support, and leadership to shape great user experiences
- Translate problems and insights into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Build and maintain a scalable design system using Figma
- Rapidly concept, iterate, and test interactive prototypes for new features
- Present work clearly, accept feedback with humility, and iterate quickly
- Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity
- Conduct usability tests and synthesize insights into actionable improvements
- Advocate for design excellence and consistency across all product areas
- Understand customer needs deeply through conversations with church leaders, support teams, and product data
- Help drive product direction with thoughtful, user-centered insights
Requirements
- 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design systems
- A solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work
- Ability to collaborate well with product and engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex workflows
- Able to work quickly while still producing high-quality, detailed designs
- Clear communicator who can explain design choices effectively
- User-focused mindset, designing with empathy for different technical skill levels
- Self-starter who can manage projects from start to finish
- Reliable, distraction-free workspace and stable high-speed internet
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
