We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (Mobile Games) to help shape the next generation of movement-based mobile games. You’ll be designing for games that turn real-world motion into fun, social gameplay experiences — where every step, sprint, or stretch powers in-game progress.

This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in collaborative, agile environments and loves combining player insight with beautiful, intuitive design. You’ll take full ownership of user experience and interface design, working closely with developers, artists, and game designers to create clean, player-first experiences.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

🎮 Design Player Experiences

• Lead the UX process from concept to implementation through research, user flows, wireframes, and playtesting.
• Translate gameplay and product goals into intuitive, responsive interfaces that enhance engagement.

🎨 Craft Beautiful, Functional UI

• Design and deliver UI elements that align with the game’s style and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the art team to ensure consistent visual direction and implementation quality across iOS and Android.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with designers, developers, and artists to build cohesive player journeys.
• Participate in feedback loops, design reviews, and iterative testing to refine UX based on player data and feedback.

📱 Prototype and Iterate

• Create and present mockups, clickable prototypes, or motion previews to communicate design intent.
• Ensure UI assets are optimized and functioning as intended within Unity.

✅ Who You Are

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile game UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing player-focused UX flows and high-quality UI execution.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or similar design tools.
• Excellent communicator who can present design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience designing or implementing UI in Unity.
• Background in fitness, gamified wellness, or social play experiences.
• Experience conducting usability tests and iterating on feedback.
