Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in an executive assistant, office management, or senior administrative support role
- Familiarity with the home care agency model, caregiver-client dynamics, and regulatory documentation standards
- Skilled in cloud-based systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and form-building tools such as PDF Editor, JotForm, or similar platforms
- Professional and clear verbal/written communication with a confident phone presence
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, maintain structured systems, and ensure accurate filing and tracking of documents
