We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to serve as the front line for the AI Experiences (AIXP) Conference, guiding prospects through the early stages of our partnership pipeline and providing a seamless and professional experience.
Requirements
- Background in Business Development, Account Development, Vendor Relations, or Client Relations
- Professional, client-facing English
- Ability to use KRISP to ensure clear, neutralized audio during calls
- CRM: HubSpot knowledge is preferred; experience with any CRM is acceptable
- FlowChat: Ability to navigate and automate social selling workflows
- Airtable & Google Workspace: Strong organizational skills for tracking and reporting
- Self-motivated with high grit
- Capable of acting as an extension of the company founders
- Excellent multitasking skills and able to maintain a professional, persuasive presence on calls and online
